Not been a shopping centre (as stated on Google) for a long time, but has 2 of the best restaurants in Carlisle under it's roof.
Pretty & has a few cafe/bars
Love the courtyard feel. Just a pity we visited on a Wednesday night when virtually all of Carlisle was closed.
